  9. Right to lodge a complaint – in the event that we refuse your request under the Rights of Access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. If you are not satisfied with the way your request has been handled please contact us.
  10. Right for the help of supervisory authority – meaning you have the right for the help of a supervisory authority and the right for other legal remedies such as claiming damages.
  11. Right to withdraw consent – you have the right withdraw any given consent for Processing of your Personal Data.

Exceptions to Privacy Policy

Company has the following important exceptions to its privacy policy:

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be subject to mediation in Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America.  If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to This Agreement

You understand that the terms of this Agreement are subject to change at the discretion of the Company and that they may only be modified by Company’s posting of changes to these terms on Company’s Site.
