Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
Chamomile is one of the best essential oils for stress and anxiety. It's an essential ingredient in many stress and anxiety remedies. Chamomile is a relaxant that promotes calmness. It also helps to keep away bad dreams and promote sleep. To use this essential oil, simply dispense by a diffuser. It can also be applied to the temples, the back of the palms, and the ankles for aromatherapy.
Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender oil is used in many different essential oil blends for reducing stress and anxiety. But, lavender essential oil can be used on its own for stress and anxiety relief, too.
