Trust the process and stay positive.

Trust the process and stay positive.

Having a positive mindset is not something that you can just acquire overnight.

A positive mindset is something that needs to be nurtured, adjusted, and consistently worked on every single day because your ego likes to “try and protect you” from the fear of the unknown.

Your ego acts like a “safeguard” to stop you from jumping head first into anything that’s new, exciting, and maybe even life changing because it wants you to stay “comfortable” and “safe” exactly where you are right now.

I’m sure you know exactly what I mean because you’ve been held back by your ego at some point in your life. And if you say that you haven’t, you’re lying to yourself.

My ego has held me back SO many times because I listened to the thoughts in my head instead of following my heart or trusting my intuition which was telling me to do something else.

Turns out that my intuition was trying to tell me how to get to where I needed to be so I can get exactly what I want. *MIND BLOWN*

But, I was too scared to take the leap of faith toward my hopes and dreams all by myself. I was also too scared to see the bigger picture and why I was being lead down the path I was traveling on.

I eventually found out that I was ultimately blinded by my fear of failure because I didn’t want anyone to judge me, suggest I have no clue what the hell I’m doing, or tell me that I wasn’t cut out for something. Especially because I have been told these things my entire life.

Now, I work on my mindset daily because knowing that the fear of failure is holding me back helps me understand what I need to focus on to change and grow as a spiritual entrepreneur.

I’m not perfect by any means, so I’ll be completely honest with you when I say that there are some days that my mindset sucks so bad that I don’t even want to get out of bed in the morning and then there are days where I feel fucking amazing. And... that’s okay.

Reframing your mindset takes work, it takes time, and it takes effort to overhaul all of the years of the bullshit your ego has been telling you and to clear out all of the other limiting beliefs (from yourself and other people) that have been engrained in your mind.

But, I’ve learned to trust the process and the journey because I know that it’s going to make everything worth it in the end.

Now, I would love to know how you are working on reframing your mindset every single day to live a more positive life and if you truly trust the process.
